    4. Make sure you do not have any streaming or P2P software running on your Wi-Fi network;
    5. Log out of your Google+ account, if you are currently logged in;
    6. Log in with Google+ through the app by going to Options --> Connectivity.
    Please note that due to a large amount of users, the servers may be overloaded, and you will have to try to connect to your account 3-4 times. Please accept our apologies for the temporary inconvenience.
